Order Status:

You may check the status of your order at any time by emailing support@jobbersauto.com

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order of in stock items at any time prior to shipment. Non-stock orders, custom mixed paint, custom mixed spray cans and special orders must be paid for in advance the same as regular stock orders. Non-stock, custom mixed paint, custom mixed spray cans and special orders are non-cancellable with no return privileges. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping of stock orders.

Returns/Refunds:

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in like new condition in the original box. Non-stock, custom mixed paint, custom mixed spray cans and special order products are non-returnable. For questions on returns, call (216) 524-2229 or emailing support@jobbersauto.com. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping of stock orders.

A copy of your invoice/receipt must be included with any returns.

Payments:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. Payments must be made online through our website which is a secure payment gateway. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment. We take the security of your payment information seriously and do not store your credit card information.

Refunds:

Returns do not require a return authorization code but do require you to email us at support@jobbersauto.com notifying us of the return. We are committed to providing a stress-free experience to both new and returning customers. Jobbers Automotive LLC only sources products from reputable brands to ensure your satisfaction.

Shipping:

Please be assured that your items will ship out via United Parcel Service (UPS) as soon as possible. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note that credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If you wish to pick up your order at our Eastlake Ohio retail store and warehouse, business hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM through 4:30 PM EST and Saturday 9 AM through Noon EST.
